Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped or produced by notifying us as soon as possible. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. However, cancellation is not possible once the product has left our warehouse or production facility. In this case, you can initiate a return following our return policy.
Product Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive your order. The returned item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please provide your proof of purchase to facilitate the return. Kindly send all returns to the address provided by our customer service—do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be responsible for one round of shipping charges including return shipping. We do not impose any restocking fees.
