Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), On simulated how each component of their prototype reacts while running. Using invaluable insights from this method, On created the optimal midsole for a seamless weight transfer from heel to toe. It's called CloudTec Phase and it introduces a new age of cushioning.

Dope Dying Technique - a process where each individual thread is dyed resulting in higher colour penetration/retention. Dope Dying saves approximately 90% of the waste water normally generated during the dying process which is equivalent to 2 L of H2O per pair of shoes.
